Mike King, President of Abacast Inc. to Speak at the P2P Media Summit

The 1st Annual P2P Media Summit will be held in New York City. The inaugural event is scheduled for February 6th – 8th at the Princeton Club of New York. The conference will feature keynotes from the top P2P and social networking software distributors, panels of industry leaders, valuable workshops, and much more.
Among the speakers, Mike King, President of Abacast, will speak about the latest P2P technologies and how they will affect the industry leaders in the media distribution market. He will discuss the idea that P2P streaming technologies are required in many cases as the distribution channels to make the vast amounts of media desired by users available in a profitable yet affordable way. He will also touch on topics such as Abacast’s unique P2PTV distributed streaming technology and how Abacast’s six years of experience in the industry allows them to stream with higher quality connections to more users at a small fraction of the cost of standard technology.
