Performance Reporting Tool for Online Broadcast

The Performance Reporting Tool will generate reports that meet and exceed the SoundExchange guidelines for the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) with almost no additional work for the broadcaster. The report data is ready in real-time so there is no need to wait around for your results. Alerts can also be sent to the broadcaster based on certain thresholds to keep the broadcaster informed of any audience changes. The Performance Reporting Tool can be used with any radio automation system, music selection scheduling system files, and/or manual entry of now playing data to produces consistent results. Ideal for radio groups for aggregation of reporting of multiple stations even if the stations all have different automation systems.

New Feature: Auto Complete

PRT now can help you fill in some of the extra information required by SoundExchange for each performance that you may not have in your NowPlaying information. "Auto-Complete" can fill in missing information such as Album and Label for most Artist and Title combinations. Auto- Complete will do it's best to make a match. The choice to include this supplemental data can be decided by each broadcaster and on a case by case basis per peformance.

The reporting is all done automatically providing a labor-saving alternative to any other performance reporting alternatives. The reporting tool can be used by any webcaster or broadcaster regardless of the Content Delivery Network (CDN) they use. The reports are only made available to the Webcasters or Broadcasters for their own uses. Abacast will not distribute or use the report information for any other purposes.

The PRT is an added value service of $50 a month per source stream for any current Abacast customer. If you would like to use this product with another streaming service provider we are happy to do that for you. The fee in this case is $90 per month per source stream or station.
